Ruby Shade will add an upscale, valuable, and needed presence to the center currently serving as home to Safeway, a Postal Annex, Sunnyside Liquor Store, Vitality Aesthetics, Rite Aid, Starbucks Coffee, restaurants, and many other unique small businesses. Ruby Shade is the creative vision of Katie Solinger and Jodi Litman and is inspired by their time living on Kauai. Both Katie and Jodi come from the service and hospitality world catering to the public. Katie, a former Fortune 500 executive with Starbucks Coffee Company as well as the sole owner of her own full-service retail/restaurant consulting firm, brings a career focused on delivering high-quality products and superior service. Jodi, an executive operator in the apparel business as well as 10 years as a multi-state Territory Manager with Weight Watchers, brings proven aptitude and high-caliber service focused on catering primarily to the personal needs of women.
